Player Registration Process
We are happy to welcome all players and parents to the Horizon Husky Hoops Family! The information below is designed to provide you with the resources required to complete the registration process.
REQUIRED REGISTRATION CHECKLIST - ALL Items Need to be Completed by Wednesday November 19th , 2025
1) Complete Husky Hoops Registration: Registration, here you are asked to provide your son’s contact information, your information, sizing and you will be prompted at the end of the form to either pay with credit card or select Venmo. Please only submit the registration form once, you will receive a confirmation after the Venmo payment is confirmed.
2) Pay $350 Husky Team Player Fee After submitting the player registration form you will need to make a payment via Paypal (no account required) or Venmo @HuskyHoopsClub. For questions or other payment options please contact our board at huskyhoopsclub@gmail.com The Players Fee of $350 goes directly to Husky Hoops Booster Club and covers;

If the expense of the player fee may prohibit your son from participating please reach out to Husky Hoops Club for payment options. Note: This fee is not “tax-credit eligible.”
3) Sign this District Transportation Form , this form is required if your son will be either driving themselves home or leaving with you from Away Games. Leave drivers license info and insurance blank, if they don't drive.

4) Pay $200 AIA District Participation Fee - on the PV District Webstore. You may use the $400 AZ Tax Credit Donation to fund this required fee. Find detailed instructions here. The fee may take a week or two after this email to appear in their account. (The Paradise Valley Unified School District requires all students participating in athletics to pay a $200 AIA “Participation Fee” for each individual sport. Must be paid before uniform is issued. The entire fee goes directly to the school district.)
5) Sign up for minimum 3 snack bar shifts, each family is required to volunteer for 3 shifts working the snack bar. You will not be able to watch the game while working, so select a shift when your child is not playing. Children under 16 can only volunteer if you are with them, but is an excellent way to get community service hours. Snack bar is a significant fundraiser for our program and allows us to keep our player fee low. If you are unable to volunteer for the required shifts, please consider a minimum of $150 donation to our program.
6) Attend Parent Meeting/Mixer on, meet the coaches, inside info on player expectations and learn about our Husky Hoops Board and how we support our basketball program.

7) Attend the All Winter Sport Parent Meeting with Athletic Director - Date and Time TBD
8) Order your spirit gear by Preorder until 11/20, to guarantee your preferred size and style.Welcome to the team spirit shop. Items will be delivered to your athlete or will be available for pickup in the snackbar during home games. ORDERS DUE BY 11/21/2025 After that gear is set up for sale in the snack bar at every home game, but is limited in quantities and sizes.
